In the afternoon of April 13, DP President Renho met with Danish
Ambassador Freddy Svane at a Tokyo hotel.
At the beginning of the meeting Renho thanked him for his visit
and referred to her visit to Denmark when she had been a news
anchor. In turn, Svane expressed his appreciation to Renho
for receiving him.
As the two discussed on agriculture, free trade, energy,
international affairs and education, they found similarities in the
goals of policies between Denmark and the Democratic
Party.
The meeting was also attended by Chair of Policy Research Committee Hiroshi Ogushi.
